Anna Grace Harding Graceful Transitions Life Coaching

+ What dream are you not yet living?
+ What is most important to you in your life?
+ Is this how you are spending most of your time?
+ What would you like to get up to each day?

These questions can be the guides to you discovering your unique and authentic path to wholeness and optimum health - of the body, the mind, and the spirit.

I like these questions and ask them of myself and my clients when sitting at the edge of change. People seek my services when they want a partner during times of personal or professional growth and transition.

As a small business owner, artist, mother of two children, holistic healer and community volunteer, I bring a varied and rich array of skills, talents and insights to my clients’ processes.

I graduated in 1997 from the training program at Coach University, a virtual, internationally based training institute. I began my coaching practice that year and specialize in womens' issues.

My clients and I explore together all facets of their lives, as the coaching model is based in psychological, spiritual, workplace, creative and self-care arenas. When addressing a person’s whole life, my background in different areas provides the tools t0 facilitate my clients’ transitions in diverse ways.

In addition to providing one-on-one coaching, I facilitate group workshops to introduce people to the coaching process and take them deeper into specific areas of self-discovery.

As a partner to my clients, I share with them in a lighthearted way, listen without judgment, and help them awaken to their hidden talents, gifts, and dreams. I keep as my goal to support them in accomplishing their intentions with a good amount of humor, fun and compassion.

In 2007, I published the book, Petite Retreats: Renewing Body, Mind, and Spirit without Leaving Home, with my friend Linda Mastro. Please go to www.petiteretreats.org for more information and ordering.

For more information about my coaching services please go to www.gracecoach.com, email me at anngrace@crosslink.net, or call me at 410-822-6452. I offer a complimentary session to anyone who is interested in exploring the potential of coaching in their lives.

Massage Therapy
The heart of my practice as a massage therapist lies in the relationship between my clients and myself. Through compassionate listening, tuning into the messages of the body, mind, and spirit, and the application of Deep Tissue and Swedish massage techniques, my intention is to provide a relaxing, healing and restorative experience to women and children. A 1984 graduate of Potomac Myotherapy Institute, I have centered my practice around comfort and relief from symptoms created by stress and acute or chronic discomfort.
