Please register as early as possible, as many programs have enrollment limits and others may be cancelled due to insufficient registration. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

• Register by phone by calling 410-819-3395 between 9AM-5PM, Monday-Friday.

• Register by mail by downloading the printable registration form. Send the completed form along with a check or credit card information to to PO Box 744, Easton, MD 21601 or faxing it to 410-763-8758. If you are sending your registration by mail or fax please send it in time to reach us before the class begins.

Our Payment Policy is as follows: Your registration for any class must be accompanied by your payment and must be received prior to the start of the course. Please note that classes may fill or be cancelled and therefore late registration may not be possible.

Refund Policy for Standard Programs: If any class is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your registration at least 48 business hours prior to first session of a regular class, (for weekend programs, by 5 p.m. on Wednesday) your tuition will be refunded less a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be given if you cancel less than 48 business hours before a program begins (for weekend or Monday programs, by 5 p.m. on Wednesday).

Refund Policy featuring Out-of-State Presenters: If the program is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel at least 14 days prior to the first class session, your tuition will be refunded less a $10 processing fee. If you cancel between seven and fourteen business days before the first class session, a 50% refund will be issued in the form of a program gift certificate. No refunds will be given for cancellations within one week of the class.

Inclement Weather: Weather related class cancellation decisions are made at least one hour before the class is scheduled to start on a case by case basis. We will post this information to Facebook and update our class cancellation information line (410-819-3395, option 4). In addition, we will call registered participants in the classes in the event of weather-related cancellations.

Last Minute Cancellation Information for Drop-in Classes: You can now call 410-819-3395, option 4 to hear announcements of last minute cancellations of drop-in classes. We will update the message system as soon as we hear about the cancellation from the instructor.
