Please register as early as possible, as many programs have enrollment limits and others may be cancelled due to insufficient registration. You may Register Online (unless the class begins within 3 business days) or you may register by phone (410-819-3395), 9AM-5PM, Monday-Friday with a credit card or by mail (PO Box 744, Easton, MD 21601) or by email (however you will need to make arrangement for payment if you use email). If you wish to register by mail or FAX please download the printable registration form and mail it with your check to: Evergreen Cove, P.O. Box 744, Easton, MD 21601 or FAX it with your credit card information to: 410-763-8758. Your registration by mail or fax must reach us no later than 24 business hours before the class begins, for weekend classes this is by 5PM on Thursday.

Our Payment Policy is as follows: Payment must be received during regular business hours at least 24 business hours prior to the start of the course(for weekend programs, by 5 p.m. on Thursday) in order to take advantage of the member rate or any other discount. Please note that classes may fill or be cancelled and therefore late registration may not be possible. In addition, there will be a $5.00 processing fee for late registrations. (See Tuition Policy )

Refund Policy for Standard Programs: If any class is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 48 business hours prior to first session of a regular class, (for weekend programs, by 5 p.m. on Wednesday) your tuition will be refunded less a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be given if you cancel less than 48 business hours before a program begins (for weekend or Monday programs, by 5 p.m. on Wednesday).

Refund Policy featuring Out-of-State Presenters: If the program is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 14 days prior to the first class session, your tuition will be refunded less a $10 processing fee. If you cancel between seven and fourteen business days before the first class session, a 50% refund will be issued in the form of a program gift certificate. No refunds will be given for cancellations within one week of the class.

Inclement Weather: If the Talbot County Public Schools are closed, Evergreen Cove's drop-in classes are cancelled. We will call registered participants in other classes in the event of weather-related cancellations. You may also call 410-819-3395, option 4 for cancellation information.

Last Minute Cancellation Information for Drop-in Classes: You can now call 410-819-3395, option 4 to hear announcements of last minute cancellations of drop-in classes. We will update the message system as soon as we hear about the cancellation from the instructor.
