This class is structured for the beginning student and may
also appeal to continuing students who prefer this gentler
activity. Use of step-by-step Iyengar-style methods and
supporting props allow the student to develop body
awareness, achieve a range of basic postures (asanas), learn
proper body alignment, and practice basic yogic breath
techniques. Enhances strength, flexibility and balance.
