In this all-levels class we will focus on the movement of breath in the body. We will practice linking breath with movement as we use a variety of yoga postures and sequences to increase strength, flexibility and balance in the body and equanimity in the mind. Modifications will be presented for those wishing to go deeper as well as those who are just beginning a yoga practice. Go with the flow and learn to ride the waves of breath—and life.
CAROLYN BRENNAN, RN, RYT completed her 200 hour Pranakriya Yoga Teacher Training and continues to work toward her 500 hour certification with Yoganand Michael Carroll. She began practicing yoga in 1996 and brings the experience of a 20 year career in nursing and health research to her teaching.
