Using basic yoga postures, breathing patterns and imagery, each session will focus on aligning, stretching and strengthening one of the following areas: shoulders, hips, abdominals, back, bones and balance. Gentle, flowing movements will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.

CAROLYN ROSLUND is trained in both Kripalu and White Lotus yoga. She is a trained Integrative Yoga Therapist, with a B.S. in gerontology and over 20 years experience in teaching yoga. Carolyn especially enjoys designing yoga for older adults.
