Open to those who have taken a previous class with Swan
or by permission of the instructor.

Section 2
Thursdays, January 28, February 25, March 25, April 22
12:30 - 2:00 P.M.
Open to all.

Sliding Scale Fees per Section (click here for details):
Standard: $70; Members $60
Sustaining: $85; Minimum: $50

Single sessions may be available if the sections don't fill. To register for a single section please call the Evergreen Cove office.
Cost per class: $25. Online registration not available for single sessions.

A group practicing together creates a mystical field of grace,
one of the great doorways to inner freedom.

Deepen your yoga practice through breathing practices and postures designed to balance the nervous and endocrine systems, lower stress and create greater inner space. Ayurvedic principles and lifestyle recommendation for good health will be shared as will chanting for memory, harmony, and clarity.

SWAN met her teacher, Dr. V. Pratap, in 1971 and remains his student. She is a practitioner and Board Elder at Evergreen Cove.
