The long, dark days of Winter can be especially challenging for those who struggle with depression or sadness. Join Dr. Ann Smith as we learn ways to mindfully meditate through the winter blues and into the light that shines within us all. We will explore practices that cultivate present-focused awareness, energized attitudes, and a sense of peace and well-being. Experiential exercises and discussion will provide participants with the tools necessary to build an attitude of equanimity toward winter…and all of the seasons. Please bring a bag lunch.
