This ten week class will add 16 more postures to your form and will focus on the subtle aspects of t’ai chi that can add deeper dimension to your practice. If you have questions about this class, please call Dell at (410) 822-3722.

DELL ST. ANA has practiced T’ai Chi Chuan for more than 20 years and has taught locally since 1995. Dell is also an Usui Reiki Master/Teacher.
