For centuries people have used T’ai Chi
to improve their energy and health.
Practicing t’ai chi has been shown to reduce stress and increase balance, cardiovascular, respiratory and immune function as well as joint mobility and strength. In this ten week class you will learn the first 16 movements of the Yang style, short form of this practice. Please eat lightly or at least two hours before class. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
