What if your interior spaces were so wonderfully suited to you personally that they contributed to your well-being every day? In this class you will learn how to create spaces that support you and your lifestyle. We will discuss specifically what constitutes a healing environment and what does not by exploring the principles of evidence based design. At the end of this program you will have an understanding of contributing factors which impact and support health and well-being, examples of ways to improve your spaces, and a list of questions for you to continue to explore about what really matters to you in your life, and your surroundings.
