This class is open to all students. The focus is on stretching to begin the day feeling more alert and refreshed. Props and variations of the poses will be integrated, allowing all students to work on their individual levels of expertise.
DEBORAH PULZONE, RYT, has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and has taught for 5 years. She received her teacher training at Willow Street Yoga and is inspired by the Anusara style, an alignment-based yoga with a life affirming approach.
