This class is open to all who wish to explore the wonderful world of yoga. The focus will be on body alignment in the basic poses while infusing a life affirming attitude, creating more flexibility, strength and balance in all aspects of life; physically, mentally, and spiritually. DEBORAH PULZONE, RYT, has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and has taught for 5 years. She received her teacher training at Willow Street Yoga and is inspired by the Anusara style, an alignment-based yoga with a life affirming approach.
