In this workshop, we will be metaphorically sitting around the fire telling a healing story. Participants will enter this tale through art making, role playing, movement and meditation to allow for the unfolding of their own healing. Specifically, the chosen story will inspire participants to claim their authentic voices and deepen self knowledge.

BETH OHLSSON is a veteran theater teacher of 25 years, professional storyteller and substance abuse counselor. She offers workshops for personal growth and professional development. She can also be seen performing her one woman show at local festivals.

MARLA ZIPIN, Ph.D., has had a practice as a therapist and coach for over 25 years. She weaves her love for the creative arts into her healing work with clients individually and in groups and workshops.
