Drawing on Buddhist meditation practices and mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques, this class will teach the breath and body-based practices that help to bring your awareness into the present moment—the only moment there is! To reap the full benefits of this class, participants will be asked to complete weekly homework assignments and to practice various short mindfulness exercises on a daily basis.
BOB HYMAN has had a regular daily meditation practice for more than a decade and has trained extensively in meditation instruction. Bob credits his practice with a wide variety of improvements in his well-being and is delighted to have this opportunity to share the practice with others.
