Join Sue and Naomi for a day of meditation and creative expression through the contemplative practice of metta (lovingkindness) meditation and silk painting. We’ll paint our experience of increasing circles of compassion in flowing strokes of color and leave with a prayer shawl, scarf, wall hanging or prayer flag that reminds us of the depth and breadth of our own hearts. Please wear comfortable play clothes and bring a bag lunch.
