Hoppy’s family has lived on the Eastern Shore of Maryland for eight generations.  They started the family real estate brokerage in 1921.  Hoppy is continuing the tradition including land development, sales and property management. 

He studied with Pia Melody in Family of Origin, Finding your precious Child workshops at the Meadows for many years and has carried this knowledge to classes at Evergreen Cove when it was first located on Bay Street. Hoppy is also involved with several partners in a hunting and fishing company in Parana, Argentina for the last ten years, taking Americans to the Entire Rios region north of Buenos Aires.

He joined the Evergreen Cove Board in 2008 and this year has stepped up to take on the position of treasurer.
